We want to hear about how you’re embracing what it means to be a part of the Industrial Athlete Nation. Tell us how you’re uplifting your profession, advancing your career or investing in the trade community.

Stories may include, but aren’t limited to, completing a technical certificate program, volunteering/sharing your trade knowledge freely in hopes of helping the next generation prosper, having your crew’s back on the jobsite or even just a recent positive experience with a client that reflects who you are.

To earn access to the exclusive, limited-edition Industrial Athlete Nation t-shirt, all you have to do is tell us why you’ve earned it. Submit a story (and a photo or two) about how you’ve elevated yourself and/or your trade community by filling out the form below.

“I'm a residential electrician serving Northern Virginia. I have a pretty long story, but I'll keep it short. I love what I do. Anything I can do to make an impact is worth doing to the best of my ability.

I know I can't change the world over night, but over the last 10 years have trained 13 "green" apprentices on industry codes and standards and how those are the baseline, not the maximum requirement for the work we perform.

My training has allowed 12 of the 13 to achieve their journeyman license as well as other certificates. It's easy to go into a house and do your job. It's another thing to go in and do your passion.” - DAN McHALE
