Why can’t I redeem my $100 gift card?

Gift cards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other discounts (including site-wide sales, influencer & affiliate discounts and the Truewerk loyalty program).

How do I redeem my gift card? 

You can redeem your gift card by entering the unique code at checkout on your next purchase. 

Can I share or send my gift card to someone else?

Yes! Just send them the email containing your gift card code - it is not attached to your email or Truewerk account. 

When does my gift card expire?

Your gift card will expire 11:59pm MT, March 31, 2023. 

Can I get more than one gift card?

Customers are only eligible to earn one gift card during the promotional period. 

Why doesn’t my gift card work?

You can only use your gift card once, and we recommend using the full amount in one transaction. When you redeem the gift card, you cannot combine it with any other promotional offers. 

I just ordered recently when the deal wasn’t running yet, can you send me a gift card?

Gift cards can only be earned between the 1st and 23rd of November 2022. Purchases prior to the start date and after the end date are not eligible for the offer. 

Can I apply points or other promo codes when spending $200?

Yes - as long as the total after discounts is $200+ you will earn a $100 gift card. 

Why am I not getting free shipping when I redeem my gift card?

The gift card does not count towards the free shipping threshold. 

Where can I redeem my gift card?

Gift cards can only be redeemed on truewerk.com - they are not able to be redeemed with Amazon or Enterprise uniform orders.
