Our gear is Built like it matters — because it does. And we stand behind it. If something doesn’t hold up the way it should, we’ll make it right.
We offer a 365-day product warranty from the original purchase date on manufacturing defects, material failures, or workmanship issues. If your gear doesn’t perform the way it was built to, we’ll exchange it — no hassle.
What’s Covered
Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing or construction defects
- Material failures
- Premature breakdown not caused by normal use
- Workmanship issues
If the gear fails before it should, we’ll replace it.
What’s Not Covered
Even the toughest gear shows signs of a job well done. Our warranty does not cover:
- Paint, oil, concrete, or jobsite stains
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or garment alterations

How to Start a Warranty Claim
If your order is within 60 days:
You can start a warranty exchange directly through our Return Portal:
- Visit the portal
- Enter your order number + shipping zip code

Select “Warranty” as the reason code
If your order is older than 60 days but within 365 days:
Our team will process the claim manually. Please complete the contact form, provide the details listed below, and we’ll follow up via email within 2 business days to complete your warranty claim:
Please include:
- Your full name and email address
- Order number
- Product style, size, and color
- A brief description of the issue
- The nature of the failure (what happened / how it failed)
- A clear photo of the issue or defect
