Our gear is Built like it matters — because it does. And we stand behind it. If something doesn’t hold up the way it should, we’ll make it right.
We offer a 365-day product warranty from the original purchase date on manufacturing defects, material failures, or workmanship issues. If your gear doesn’t perform the way it was built to, we’ll exchange it — no hassle.
What’s Covered
Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing or construction defects
- Material failures
- Premature breakdown not caused by normal use
- Workmanship issues
If the gear fails before it should, we’ll replace it.
What’s Not Covered
Even the toughest gear shows signs of a job well done. Our warranty does not cover:
- Paint, oil, concrete, or jobsite stains
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or garment alterations

How to Start a Warranty Claim
If your order was placed within a year:
You can start a warranty exchange directly through our Return Portal:
- Visit the portal
- Enter your order number + shipping zip code
- Follow the prompts to upload a photo of the issue and a description
- Select “Warranty” as the reason code
Next Steps:
Our team will review your claim within one week and notify you via email when it's been approved. Warranty swaps are sent via ground shipping and typically arrive within 7-10 days after they have been approved.
