great for working on the water
"During the summer months this is my go to shirt. I'm an oyster farmer out in the sun all day and this shirt is comfortable, cool and protects from the sun. The hood fits tighter than many other sun shirts I've tried which for me is a plus because it stays on on over your hat while driving boats."

Bought this expecting just another sun shirt and ended up finding my new go-to piece of gear. The fabric breathes way better than I expected for something with real UPF protection — I've worn it fishing, doing yard work, and running errands, and it never turns into a sauna. The hood actually stays put instead of sliding off every time you turn your head, and the thumbholes keep the sleeves from riding up when you're working with your hands overhead. What really sold me is that it's just as comfortable at hour six as it is putting it on that morning. No chafing, no stiffness after a wash, no turning into a shapeless mess after a few trips through the dryer. Only note: size up if you're between sizes. I ordered my usual and it fits fine, but it's noticeably more comfortable with a little extra room — especially if you're layering it or wearing it over another shirt. Already ordering a second one, this time a size larger. Can't recommend this thing enough.

"Pretty comfortable, definitely wicks the sweat and is nice to have in the sun. Dries very fast. My only complaint are the giant, rigid, and unremovable tags on the inside of the shirt. I'm hot, it's hot, screen print the information inside the shirt and I'm sold."

Not cut out for the job
"While breathable, material holds stink and stains like no other. Bungee material for hood is too tight for size (xl) I’m not even that big for the size. 6’2” 190. Hoodie bungee also started to pull threads after a handful of washes and the material has torn off completely leaving the hood non functioning. Wouldn’t buy again."
