What is the Truewerk warranty policy?

If the gear does not live up to your expectations, we will exchange the item for up to 365 days. Please click here to begin the process, or email us at proservice@truewerktools.com.  

What size of Werkpant should I order?

We recommend staying with your normal size. If you are in between sizes, say a 35 waist, we recommend going up a size and ordering a 36.

Why isn’t my Reward tier updating?

Newly acquired points take 45 days to be eligible to count towards your tier status. This is to account for possible returns.

Why can’t I apply my points on my order?

Points can only be redeemed on full priced items. This means that if there is a sale product or promo code being applied on the order, you will not be able to also use your points towards that order. 

I cannot apply my rewards at checkout. How do I access my rewards on your site?
