OFFICIAL RULES

Important: Please read these Official Rules before entering this Sweepstakes (the “*****Sweepstakes*****”). By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

1. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are (a) legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding New York and Florida); and (b) at least eighteen (18) years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry. Directors, officers, members, managers, and employees of TRUEWERK, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its parent companies, affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising, promotional, public relations, and fulfillment agencies, consultants, legal counsel, website providers, web masters, and participating partner brands including Rural Renovations, LLC (d/b/a RR Buildings); Kysar Products LLC (d/b/a SquiJig); HySpecs Inc.; Hard Head Veterans LLC; Haven Technologies, Inc. (d/b/a ISOtunes); REEKON Tools, Inc.; STABILA Inc.; Martinez Tool Company LLC; Robert Bosch Tool Corporation; Coast Products, Inc.; DECKED LLC; and Montana Knife Company, Inc. (collectively, the “Partner Brands”), as well as the immediate family members (spouses, parents, child, sibling, grandparent, and “step” child, wherever they may live) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to win any prize.

IF YOU DO NOT MEET ANY OF THESE REQUIREMENTS, OR ANY OTHER ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES, YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO WIN A PRIZE. To be eligible to win a prize, entries must be completed and received by Sponsor in the manner and format designated below.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:01 AM Central Time (CT) on September 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on September 17, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period and meet all other requirements in these Official Rules to be eligible to win a prize. Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Period, visit http://truewerk.com/pages/toolsofthetradesweepstakes and submit the online entry form as follows:

  • General Entry (Required): Fill out and submit all required fields with your personal contact information (including your full name and email address) to receive one (1) general entry into the Sweepstakes.
  • Mentor/Mentee Nomination (Optional): On the same entry form, you will have the option to nominate a trade mentor or mentee (a “mentor, teacher, parent, boss, student, anyone who showed you the ropes or is just getting their start in the trades”) (the “Nominee”) by providing the Nominee’s full name. Submitting a Nominee is completely optional and is not required to enter or win the Sweepstakes. A Nominee must be a legal resident of the 50 United States or District of Columbia (excluding New York and Florida) and at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) at the time of nomination. If an entrant is selected as a potential winner of a Prize Package (a “General Winner”) and their submission included an eligible Nominee, their Nominee will also be named as a potential winner for the second Prize Package (a “Nominee Winner”); if a General Winner’s submission did not include a Nominee, a second drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries to select a second General Winner to receive the second Prize Package.

Upon successful submission of the online form, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempts to obtain additional entries beyond the stated limit, including through multiple or duplicate email accounts, fraudulent identities, or script/macro entries, will result in disqualification and cancellation of all entries associated with the entrant. Promotional Email Communications & Partner Marketing Consent: BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT AND AGREE TO RECEIVE PROMOTIONAL AND MARKETING EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS FROM SPONSOR (TRUEWERK) AND FROM PARTICIPATING PARTNER BRANDS (including RR Buildings, Squi.Jig, HySpecs, Hard Head Veterans, IsoTunes, Reekon Tools, Stabila, Martinez Tool Co., Bosch, COAST, DECKED, Montana Knife Company). Entrants may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in any promotional email. Opting out of promotional emails will not affect or reduce your chances of winning. If participating via a mobile device, standard wireless carrier data and messaging rates may apply according to your service plan. Check your wireless carrier for details.

4. Identity of Entrant

All entries must be submitted by the individual entrant. Bulk, automated, or third-party entries will be disqualified (including entries generated using scripts, macros, bots, or automated sweepstakes entry services). Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email account. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. An “authorized account holder” means the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that they are the authorized account holder of the winning email address.

5. Selection, Notification, and Verification of Winner(s)

On or about September 18, 2026 (National Tradesmen Day), Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries to select one (1) potential primary General Winner. Exactly two (2) Prize Packages will be awarded in connection with the Sweepstakes: (a) If the selected primary General Winner submitted an eligible Nominee, that Nominee will be designated as the potential Nominee Winner of the second Prize Package (subject to verification); or (b) If the General Winner did not submit a Nominee, or if the potential Nominee Winner is disqualified or fails to claim the prize, Sponsor will select a second General Winner via random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries to receive the second Prize Package. If a second General Winner is selected via random drawing, any Nominee submitted by them will not receive a prize package. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential primary General Winner will be notified via email on or about September 18, 2026 (or, for an alternate General Winner, promptly following their selection). To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the potential primary or alternate General Winner must sign and return, within five (5) days of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release ("Affidavit"), IRS Form W-9, and contact/shipping information for themselves and their Nominee Winner (if applicable). Upon receipt of the Nominee Winner's contact information, Sponsor will contact the potential Nominee Winner via email within two (2) business days. The potential Nominee Winner will likewise have five (5) days from notification to sign and return their Affidavit and IRS Form W-9. If any potential winner (i) cannot be reached or fails to respond to notification within 5 days; (ii) fails to return all required documents within five (5) days; or (iii) is otherwise unable to accept the prize, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate General Winner selected via random drawing. Alternate drawings will be held until both Prize Packages are fully awarded. Winners may be announced via Sponsor's Instagram page on or about September 18, 2026, or following full verification. Verification of Potential Winner: EACH POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. A POTENTIAL WINNER IS NOT A PRIZE WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL THEIR ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND THEY HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE AND NO FURTHER ACTION IS NEEDED.

6. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Prize Package: Two (2) Prize Packages will be awarded in connection with the Sweepstakes (as detailed in Section 5 above). Each Prize Package consists of a co-branded gear package featuring premium tools and workwear from Sponsor and participating Partner Brands, as itemized below:

ARV per Prize Package: $4,578. Total Aggregate ARV of all prizes offered in Sweepstakes: $9,156.

Prize Claiming and Delivery Responsibilities: Upon confirmation of verification and eligibility for each recipient, Sponsor will send the confirmed shipping information to each of the participating Partner Brands. Delivery of prizes will be fulfilled directly by each respective participating Partner Brand. Each Partner Brand will ship its designated prize component directly to the verified winner's designated U.S. street address. Sponsor is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier errors, or delivery failures attributable to individual Partner Brands or third-party couriers.

7. Prize Restrictions

ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable. No substitution, exchange, or cash redemption of any prize (or portion thereof) is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. Once delivered, Sponsor and Partner Brands will not replace any lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed prizes. Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules will be awarded. Except for applicable manufacturer's standard limited warranties, all prizes are awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

8. Disclaimer

Sponsor, participating Partner Brands, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, professional advisors, and agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled, distorted, damaged, or delayed entries or communications; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions or failures beyond reasonable control; (c) any Sweepstakes disruptions, injuries, losses, or damages caused by events beyond Sponsor's control or by unauthorized human intervention; or (d) any printing, desktop publishing, or typographical errors in materials associated with the Sweepstakes.

9. Limitations of Liability; Releases

By participating in this Sweepstakes, you release Sponsor and all Released Parties from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including claims related to publicity rights, privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light). ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE, DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ALL RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ACCEPTANCE, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR OR THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00 USD).

10. Use of Winner's Name, Likeness, and Publicity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes permission for Sponsor and Released Parties to use each winner's name, city, state, photo, video, voice, visual likeness, and prize information for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes (including for announcement of winner in Instagram post) in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be processed in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, accessible at https://truewerk.com/pages/privacy-policy. As described in Section 3, by entering this Sweepstakes, entrant acknowledges and agrees that their contact information will also be shared with participating Partner Brands for marketing purposes in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

12. Winner List; Rules Request

To obtain a copy of the Winner List, send a self-addressed, stamped business envelope after September 18, 2026, and no later than September 18, 2027, to TRUEWERK, Inc. at the address listed in Section 16 below, Attn: FW26 Tools of the Trade Sweepstakes Winner List (Vermont residents may omit return postage). 14. Disputes; Governing Law

EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT ANY DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLORADO OR THE APPROPRIATE STATE COURT LOCATED IN DENVER COUNTY, COLORADO. THESE OFFICIAL RULES ARE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF COLORADO, WITHOUT REGARD TO CHOICE OF LAW RULES. YOU WAIVE ANY OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THESE COURTS.

15. General Conditions

Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if viruses, technical glitches, fraud, or unauthorized human intervention compromise the administration or security of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
