Description

We worked with our neighbor Dave Gottenborg, of Eagle Rock Ranch, to strip out any unnecessary weight and bulk, building the ultimate bib for ranch work, and beyond. It’s water- and tear-resistant, with a midweight build for warm weather comfort. (The J2 slides easily over our B1, T1, and Cloud pants and shorts.) Dave and his wife, Jean, especially love the fit and feel, the built-in kneepads, and the fact that hay (finally!) doesn’t stick to them during feeding time.

Great Overalls

"I really like the J2 Werkbib! Looks good, very durable and comfortable. I would rate it as a 5 but because I’m on the slim side, I have to pull the straps way past the loop side of the Velcro, so the hook side (at the end of the strap) is attached to the strap w/o any Velcro. I also wish the length size was 32-in instead of 31-33 inches. The rest of the fit is perfect for me."

Great pair of chore bibs!

"I've had mine for about 3 weeks. I wear them almost daily and love how they fit. I would give them a 5 star review but I would love to see some large open pocket (no zipper) on the rear for gloves and long tools."

— Nicolas Z. (4/5)

Pretty Good!

"I like most things about these bibs, but would make two small adjustments: The shoulder strap length is too long. I'm 6' tall and have the straps adjusted as short as possible. Also, I'd prefer a more wind-resistant construction"

— James B. (4/5)

Only lasted 3 days in Alaska

"I bought these because supposedly they are tough and hold up. I live in a remote village in Alaska, I work on heavy equipment and weld for a gold mine operation. I used them 3 days and the zipper failed. There is a saying up here "there's no bad weather just bad gear". Hopefully they will warranty these. Now all 3 days it rained and 1 day was heavy wind so far that part the bibs worked."

J2 Werkbib

"Son is a truck driver and was constantly tearing his jeans and his shirts or getting grease all over them. He had bibs before but really didn't like them. He LOVES the zipper sides. Makes it so easy to get on/off. They stretch with all of his movements. Absolutely loves them."

"Love them. . . can't wait til winter lol yo see what winter wear is about"

— Larrion D. (5/5)

Comfortable but need big improvements

"I enjoy them. PROS: They are not heavy canvas like Carhartt. They aren’t overly warm in cool temps but aren’t going to keep you warm in cold temps without layers, spring and fall wear, maybe mild winter. Knee pads are great. Zippers on and off easily. CONS: no back pockets. Material snags easily especially the knees. A raised nail will tear them (from experience). HOPES: add velcro flapped or zipper rear pockets. Heavier canvas or tough material on the knees."

— Karl U. (4/5)

Amazing

"Great fit. Great stretch. Love the material."

Great work overalls

"I like these overalls. They fit well but I did not wear them over other pants but I could have. I would have liked back podkets or the side pocket for my knife like the T1,2,3 pants have. I like the side zippers on the legs and that the front zipper works from the bottom up, much easier for taking a leak. The upper pockets are nice and large for my phone, pens, etc. The straps adjusted easily. The built in knee pads are a God send for my old boney knees. This pair is definitely warm and I may not be able to wear it again until Fall, but I have the S1 bubs too. Great addition to the lineup!"
