A summer work shirt built for heat with unrivaled ventilation, smart pocketing, and a clean, versatile fit that works on and off the job.
The Cloud AV Short Sleeve WerkShirt is built to handle peak heat on and off the jobsite. We took a beloved warm-weather work shirt and upgraded it with laser-cut underarm ventilation, a rear mesh for airflow, and smarter chest pocket placement. Up top, we added collar snaps and a button that won't snag your beard, while a longer length let you wear it tucked or untucked. More airflow, more scenarios to wear it.

"These are the quality I have come to expect form Truewerk. Unconfined, quick drying and durable. They seem to run a size small so take that into account when ordering. I would highly recommend this shirt and plan on buying additional colors."
"I wanted to like this shirt but it’s horrible. The first shirt I received had one of the snap buttons break off after 2 wears. Truewerk sent me a replacement, but this shirt just sucks for work. The fabric stains sooo easily, and it feels you’re wearing a plastic bag. I wore it while doing some landscaping around the house and the dirt stains won’t come out in the wash."
"I purchased several shirts as a gift for my brother. The shirts and shorts arrived packaged individually without WRINKLES. The clothing allows my brother to dress himself as the shirts have snaps and look great. My brother lost his dominant arm in an accident and wears your clothing to work and even to church. He loves the compliments he receives. The western style shirts and the shorts are EXCELLENT QUALITY and I will continue to buy for myself and gifts to several family members."
"No one can touch the quality of these work clothes. Customer service is amazing. These are the only work clothes I buy and used many others but like I said amazine."
"This shirt is a huge upgrade. Love the side seams. The fabric has a perfect amount of stretching. This shirt is perfect!"
"Light weight shirt that is comfy to wear."
"I originally purchased one shirt to try it out and liked it enough that I came back and ordered three more short sleeve shirts. I now have three short sleeve and one long sleeve, and they’ve all performed well. The fabric is lightweight, breathable, dries quickly, and stays comfortable through long days of greenhouse work and outdoor tasks. The fit is consistent across the shirts, and they’ve held up well after repeated washing. When I find workwear that performs this well, I tend to stick with it, and these have earned a permanent place in my rotation."
"Finally pulled the trigger for a blue V2. 0 Cloud shirt to ease the burden on my V1. 0 Grey shirt. The Deep chest pockets & snap buttons are excellent. Very durable. I still wear T2 pants that have a single zippered back pocket…. Workwear made well and durable."
"The Cloud AV Short Sleeve WerkShirt is a solid pick for hot days. It feels lightweight, breathes well, and the extra ventilation makes a noticeable difference when you’re working outside or staying active. The fit is comfortable without being too baggy, and the pockets are useful without getting in the way. Overall, it’s an easy shirt to wear all day and I’d definitely grab another one. It also looks really good, so I can wear it for business casual too."
"I’m 85 and I can’t do buttons anymore! This has been a great decision for me."
