Nice lightweight breathable pants

"Great for warm days as these are lightweight and very breathable. Pickets are good but wish they were reinforced some to handle picket clips better. After the first time wearing the shorts, I got a hole in them from small tree branch. No issues with the paints hopefully they hold up a little better."

The old version is wayyyyyy better.

"The previous version of this pant is far superior to this "new and improved" cloud pant. The new pants are heavier and do not cool as well, they are longer in the leg and the boot cut is a bit too open. I feel myself constantly pulling them up around my waist because the moisture from my body can't escape and it make the fabric heavy. Unlike the old pants, which I have two pairs, are light and airy, in my opinion, the most incredible pants for hot all-day outdoor work. I regret buying 3 pairs for the new version. I won't wear them."

Expect High performance from the Cloud AV

"Great fit and style. I haven’t tested them in hot weather yet but expect to be very comfortable based on how the fabric feels and the thigh vents. My only critical comment is I would like a larger opening at the ankle. The video said this was one change already made. Can’t imagine how small it used to be. I got the off-white color as to not absorb more heat but I really like the light blue color. If they turn out to be tear-resistant as advertised, I will get a pair in that color."

New clouds, Big Fan.

"My husband loves these pants, as a forester and timbersports competitor. He was a big fan of the old cloud style, but didn’t like how “fragile” they were. He is super excited about these and loves wearing them them day to day and to compete in! They are a perfect weight and feel more durable. He’s got the cloud shorts in 3-4 colors and 2-3 pairs of the T1 and a pair of T3. Highly recommended, the new waistband is a nice touch!"

Lots to like about these pants

"Been using truewerk pants for 7 years. Have the whole T series pants, etc. This material is so light and breathable, and quick drying. Look forward to see how they hold up compared to the T1 series (all pairs still good) in road construction. I do miss the side pocket for my wallet so I'm not sitting on it while driving. Love the feel of the pant and don't have to wear a belt (drawstring/elastic)."

Cloud AV Werkpant

"I own T3 and T2 pants and while I love their functionality and durability, they always seem to run a little big in the waist and never fit quite right. The Cloud AV fit perfectly in length and waist and are going to be my new favorite casual pants. The comfort and stretch are there, I’m sure they’ll be just as durable as all the other pants."

JOSHUA B. (5/5)

Very good quality pants. They

"Very good quality pants. They wicked the moisture well in about 80 degree temps, waiting to see how they do in 95 plus temps. The vents are a nice feature as well as the drawstring. The only thing I would change is I would have used the same pocket design as the T1s."

L. V. (5/5)

Pants

"Didn’t even make it out the door with the my new truewerks pants. Or designed well at all. Cannot hold EDC items and pockets are the wrong design. The weight of the product seemed to be sufficient but it doesn’t matter if they can’t carry my EDC stuff"

Decent upgrade

"This version is still light weight which is good. I have yet to snag it on anything. That would be the test for this sturdier fabric that my previous cloud pants did not pass. I like the vents and overall seems like and upgrade from the previous version. I took the light grey color which seem more like lounge pants than for work but the look doesn't matter. My only gripe is the 32" inseam. I would prefer 30""

Good, but not for everyone.

"I do agree the Cloud is a very like weight work pant, and will do well in a very hot environment if you must wear a long pant. Where the Cloud falls short for me is the amount of pockets (there needs to be a few more), and the size of the leg opening. I wear a tall boot like a western boot. The leg opening is difficult to get over that type of boot. Then the issue is staying over the boot. Everytime you move or walk the pants ride up. This gets very anowing. If you wear your pants tucked in, or a common shoe this would not be an issue, but the pant still needs a few more pockets."
