Built for trade professionals who prefer the room and versatility of a bootcut fit. The J2 WerkPant Bootcut combines our four-way stretch Tech Canvas fabric with a clean 5-pocket design and a leg opening sized to fit comfortably over western pull-on and lace-up work boots. Lightweight, breathable, and quick-drying, Tech Canvas outperforms traditional canvas in heat and changing conditions, while a PFAS/PFOA-free DWR finish sheds light rain and moisture.

J2s have improved over BC1s

"I ordered 2 pairs and they are great! I have 2 pairs of the BC1s and they are very light weight. I will not use them in the field but they look great for the office. These J2s though, to Truewerk they definitely listened. The material on these pants are a heavier material and will hold up in the field. I have officially retired my jeans for work pants. Only time I wear blue jeans is when I go out."

"I wear these pants as an helicopter mechanic and they are fantastic. Good material that stretches and moves with me. My absolute must is the double phone pockets as I have two phones and it is such a convenient way to free up my other pockets. Now I’m probably getting more for general use as well as for work. "Fit and styling are great, but they are already losing stiching in the back pockets after 3 washes. I'm going to return them but I think 1 year for returns is a joke for clothing at this price point! Especially when any of it obviously skipped quality control! You should and could stand behind your product for life for manufacturing defects, many many other companies do. Also some very slow shipping for the price and you don't need to add a sneaky 4 dollar fee for "free returns" to your sale of anything that is auto selected. Kind of shady and again, free return shipping is usually a perk of buying $100+ pants. I was invited and attended the soft launch of TW in Boulder years ago, seems like they're not the same company these days!"

Pretty good

"Good pants and I like them but it's surprising to feel the difference in 30 inch waist sizes between these and the Edo. The 30 is more like a 31 whereas the Edo feels like an actual 30. Also, these are more like a bell bottom than a boot cut."

Great quality, but size down!

"My husband is 5’11’ with an athletic but slender build and he was drowning in his usual size. We sized down in waist and length and are waiting for our replacement pair to see how that fits. We have heard amazing things about the quality of these pants though and he’s excited to put them to use at work."

Impressed so far

"I haven't logged many hours in my new work pants yet but I'm very happy with the fit and feel of these T2's. I ordered some J2's and some ECO pants as well, figuring I'd figure out which I like best and send the others back. I ended up keeping all 6 pairs because I liked them all. The T2 is definitely more equipped than the others but I think the others will be better in really hot weather. So far I'm really happy with them."
