The J2 WerkPant Bootcut earned a following for its Tech Canvas fabric and clean 5-pocket design. But customers told us they wanted that same comfort and performance in a fit that worked with more types of footwear, so we built it. We took the proven J2 Bootcut platform and gave it the straight-leg profile of our T-Line pants for a more versatile everyday work pant.

I'm giving them 4 starts instead of five because the sizing isn't really consistent with other TrueWerk pants. I own pairs of the T1, T2, and EDO pants currently and tried to go with my normal size, but these pants were definitely too big in the waist. Bummer. Now I have to wait for my size to be restocked. Would buy again, like the fit.
"I bought these after buying a pair of the nicer pants here that ended up being a slim-fit disaster. These are regular pants, for adults who don't want skinny jean trash. They look nice, fit well and are comfortable. I would like Truewerk to make something with more of a cotton or light canvas feel, I don't love the material these are made of. It doesn't make any difference once I wear them, but handling them, I prefer the feel of cotton or canvas. That's a very small thing though. I will be buying a pair of the tan ones as I tried the grey first. I am 6'0, 180-185lbs and I get a 34/32, I normally wear a 33, but they don't offer those and the 34 fits nice after a big dinner. A 30 inch length would work, but I prefer to have a little wiggle room in case I am cutting with these on, the wood chips wouldn't go down my shoes or get all over my socks. I generally wear these as my "nice" pants though."
