"This hoodie is my husbands favorite. I didn't give it 5 stars, as he wore it twice before washing it inside out with fragrance free gentle detergent (hanging to dry) & it pilled up. I did however send pics in & was given a store credit within 48 hrs. It is strickly a work hoodie now. This is the only thing we've ever gotten that wasn't 100% & we will continue to purchase & refer this company."
