I found this information online, "traditional DWR coatings, especially those based on older, long-chain chemicals like those historically associated with Teflon, can be toxic and persist in the environment. No it does not have an inner liner cuff.
Does this jacket have a temperature rating? I need something that will protect me in below freezing temperatures.
The S3 Solution jacket is a soft-shell outter layer that is fleeced lined. By itself with one base layer, it does well above freezing. With more layers, it can be worn well below freezing.
Does the hoodie zip off or is it permanently attached?
It does not.
