What's the return and exchange policy? All Crew Store sales are final. We recommend confirming styles, quantities, and sizes before ordering.
How long does shipping take? Orders typically deliver within 5-7 business days.
Is there free shipping? Orders over $500 qualify for free standard shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can be canceled or have the shipping address updated within 25 minutes of placement. To add an item, place a new order and contact us — we'll refund the price difference based on your original order.
What happens if I register for the Crew Store with my existing TRUEWERK account email? If you sign up for the Crew Store using the same email address as your consumer account, you will only be able to log in to the Crew Store going forward. We recommend using a separate email address to keep your accounts independent. If you need help sorting this out, contact us at [email protected].
Why aren't my loyalty points showing up? The Crew Store operates separately from our consumer storefront and does not earn or redeem loyalty points. Don't worry — your points are safe. To use them, simply contact us at [email protected] and we'll switch you back to our main store.
Why don't I see all TRUEWERK products on the Crew Store? The Crew Store carries a curated selection of our most popular styles. Log out of your Crew Store account and visit truewerk.com for the full catalog, or contact us for specific requests.
What's the warranty policy? All Truewerk products carry a 1-year warranty. Contact [email protected] to submit a claim — all requests are reviewed and approved by our team.
Can I pay by invoice? All orders are processed through our secure checkout. For larger orders, contact us directly.
Can you add our logo or customize products? We don't offer customization through the Crew Store. For branded apparel, company webstores, or managed uniform programs, we can connect you with an authorized TRUEWERK reseller partner if you reach out to [email protected].
Do we ship to Canada? Not at this time.
