Domestic Exchanges
We offer free size and color exchanges on all domestic orders within 60 days of the purchase date. The item must be unworn with tags attached. Exchanges are available for the same item in a different color or size. For exchanges to a different product, or international exchanges, please follow the return instructions for store credit below.
To begin your exchange, please visit our Return and Exchange Portal. Have your order number and shipping zip code ready to complete the process. The portal will allow you to select a new size, and/or color of the same product and you will be provided with a prepaid shipping label to return the original product(s). Do not combine returns or exchanges for different orders as they will not process correctly.
Once we receive your item(s), we'll promptly send your replacement.
Note: All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection upon arrival. If the product is missing or not in acceptable condition, you may be responsible for the cost.
Returns
To complete a return for refund, ensure the product is unworn with the tags on. We offer free returns for domestic and international orders for 60 days from the date of purchase.

The portal will allow you to select a refund to your original payment method, or TRUEWERK store credit, and you will be provided with a prepaid shipping label to return your original product(s). Do not combine returns or exchanges for different orders as they will not process correctly.
Once we receive your returned item, we'll promptly process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed by your financial institution.
Note: All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection upon arrival. If the product is missing or not in acceptable condition, you may be responsible for the cost.
Final Sale Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on outlet, or closeout sale items (such as warehouse sales etc). Additionally, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene, or other reasons. These include undergarments (including socks). Can I exchange my item?
Of course! You can begin the process of exchanging your item(s) here.
What if I don't know my order number?
If you do not have your order number, you can log in to your Truewerk Account here and go to your order history to find your order number. It can also be found inside the box you received your order in on the packing slip (the piece of paper), the number will be listed as the "PO#".
What if I purchased my items on Amazon?

Can I return my Outlet item?
All Truewerk Outlet purchases are final sale and are ineligible for a refund or exchange.
What if the card I used for my purchase is now closed?
At this time, we can only process refunds to the credit card account used on the original order. This is the standard process for online refunds and your bank or financial institution will route the funds to you as soon as they process your credit. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to proservice@truewerk.com.
How long does a return take?
It usually takes between 3-5 business days for your package to get back to us. Then it takes an additional 2-5 business days for us to process your return.
How long does it take to get my exchange?
It takes between 8-15 days for you to receive your exchange in the mail. We send out the exchange package once we receive your return. So the sooner you get your return in the mail the faster you will see you exchange.
