Returns & Exchanges
We believe in ensuring that you receive the highest-quality products and are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our goal is to handle all issues as respectfully and as reasonably as possible because we believe when we treat our customers fairly, they are fair with us. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 45 days of the purchase date for a refund if the item(s) is/are unworn and clean with the original tags attached. Returns containing pet hair, stains or odors cannot be accepted. Additionally, you can exchange your item(s) for a different size or color, or receive store credit for your purchase within 90 days of the purchase date.
Truewerk Outlet purchases are Final Sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Making a Return
You can begin your return by clicking here. You will need:
- The email associated with your account (where you received your confirmation and shipping emails)
- Your order number, which can be found 3 ways: in your email confirmation, by logging in to your Truewerk Account or on your packing slip listed under "PO#:"

Q. Can I exchange my item?
Of course! You can begin the process of exchanging your item(s) here. Currently, we can only support exchanges related to size or color. We may also be able to exchange your product for a product of equal or lesser price and refund you the difference. However, we are unable to exchange less expensive items for more expensive items.
Q. How do I make a return?

Q. What if I don't know my order number?
If you do not have your order number, you can log in to your Truewerk Account here and go to your order history to find your order number. It can also be found inside the box you received your order in on the packing slip (the piece of paper), the number will be listed as the "PO#".
Q. Do you have a warranty?
Truewerk garments carry a one year limited warranty which covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Our warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of work on the job site.
In the event of a garment malfunction due to a manufacturing defect, please send the product back to us so we can examine the defect. This allows us to continually improve our products. Please click here to begin the process.
Q. What if I purchased my items on Amazon?

Q. Can I return my Outlet item?
All Truewerk Outlet purchases are final sale and are ineligible for a refund or exchange.
Q. Why is my return less than what I paid?
If you are returning your item for a refund to your original payment method using our prepaid shipping label, the price of shipping will be deducted from your return. At this time, we are unable to cover the cost of shipping on returns, however we can provide free shipping on your exchange item(s).
Q. What if the card I used for my purchase is now closed?
At this time, we can only process refunds to the credit card account used on the original order. This is the standard process for online refunds and your bank or financial institution will route the funds to you as soon as they process your credit. If you are concerned about your return not processing, you can choose to receive a Truewerk Gift Card instead.
Q. How long does a return take?
We use FedEx ground for our shipping. So it usually takes between 3-5 days for your package to get back to us. Then it takes a day or two for us to process your return.
Q. How long does it take to get my exchange?
It takes between 8-15 days for you to receive your exchange in the mail. We send out the exchange package once we receive your return. So the sooner you get your return in the mail the faster you will see you exchange.
