How to Measure Your Foot

  1. Place a piece of paper flat on the floor with one edge against a wall.
  2. Stand on the paper with your heel against the wall and your weight evenly distributed.
  3. Mark the longest point of your foot on the paper (usually your big toe).
  4. Measure the distance from the wall edge to the mark — that’s your foot length.
  5. Use this measurement to find your size in the chart below.

Very Good Boots

"These boots are sturdy and well made. The soles are very stiff and I have always had exceptional wear from Vibram soles. I only wish that they were available in an EE width. It took me two tries to get a proper fit, but the return process was easy to navigate and I had no issues at all. Good job TRUEWERK!"

Well Made Boots

"These boots are definitely well made and so far have been durable. I went a half size up as recommended and the fit was good. They breathe well and the sole is comfortable. My only issue is the pressure put on the top of my feet by my toes. I tried loosening the laces towards the tip of the boot but still there is pressure there that gets uncomfortable after a long work day. I started wearing them for outdoor activities and working around the house rather than wearing them through a day at work."

Great boots if they were my size

"I absolutely love the boots, superior construction that’s not made in China. I only wear boots made in Europe or Italy to be precise and they did not disappoint, only problem was they were small on my feet. I need to size up to 13 but sadly they are sold out. Either way great pair of boots."

"Although I haven't put them to 'work' yet, they appear to be a well constructed work boot, styled after European mountain / hunting boots. After learning these boots are unisexed sized, I realized that the size chart is not accurate. You must order at least 1 full size larger than the chart indicated (for a male). But, after getting the size issue understood and resolved, I am happy with my purchase."

First off, the quality is

"First off, the quality is top notch. The boot is so well made I would have loved it except for one thing, the boot size is definitely made to small- maybe even two sizes. I consistently wear a size 12 of almost any brand, however, I couldn't even squeeze my foot in their size twelve. My 12 size Sketchers sneakers are almost 2 inches bigger than the size 12 fit well boots. In the end. . . the Fitwell boots don't fit so well!"

"Without hesitation I would recommend theses boots, after a few weeks of wearing I haver found them to be very durable but lightweight at the same time, they offer the right amount of support without feeling too bulky."

Excellent quality . . just not for me

"I Needed a new pair of work boots and was quite excited waiting for these boots to arrive. Out of the box I was impressed with the quality and attention to detail. When I put them on I was disappointed. The specific style of the Fitwell Pointer boots just isn’t for me. Guess I should have known … after all they are called the pointer. The front of the boot (toe area) does come to a defined rounded point. That look just isn’t for me. I am hopeful TrueWork will bring additional styles of boots forward because the quality was exactly what I was after."
