"I bought two of these hats to test out before placing a larger order. To my dismay, I received two completely different styles of the supposedly identical hat I had ordered simultaneously. I reached out to customer service, who promised to investigate the issue, but they never responded. The quality of the hats is also concerning; the stitching is poor, and the logo is coming apart. As a result, we won’t be purchasing any more of these hats in the future."
