Just like its name, we wanted this shell to be the ‘solution’ to working in truly inclement weather without the weight and bulk of extra layers. It delivers on being windproof, nearly waterproof and comfortable—with its hex fleece lining and four-way stretch.

"I was so excited to finally find a female cut in workwear! It’s all great until you get to the bottom. The whole issue with needing a woman’s cut for jacket is if you get one that goes around your hips, the sleeves are WAY too long & you’re swimming in the shoulders. This is a massive safety hazard! This jacket has NO flair out for hips at the bottom. So if you are a rectangle with boobs then this is perfect for you."
